Partners don’t refer because you asked. They refer because:

  • their patient gets seen quickly,
  • they receive updates,
  • and the experience makes them look competent.
Hack: Offer a single “referral concierge” line/email that replies same day. This alone increases trust dramatically.

Weekly system (60 minutes)

  • Add 5 partner targets/week.
  • Do 5 short outreaches/week (email/phone).
  • Deliver a 1-page referral guide (services + availability + how to refer).
  • Send partner updates for referred patients (as allowed by policy).

Outreach script (non-cringe)

“Hi [Name], we’re getting a lot of [type] patients and we can usually see them quickly. If you ever need a reliable place for your patients, we’ll make it easy and keep you updated. Can I send our referral guide and availability?”

Then actually follow through with speed and updates. That’s the differentiator.
